Check the font before you pay
The free preview shows the generated characters before the download purchase.

Check the full preview, including letters, digits and punctuation you plan to use. Look for missing strokes, smudges or characters that resemble one another. A purchase unlocks the files; it does not clean up the characters.
If a character is wrong, rewrite or reshoot the sheet and inspect another free preview. Each generated version is a separate font; buy the version you want to keep. The space is included automatically and needs no writing.

Compare the result with your handwriting
The comparison uses a different family sample from the app screenshot above. It shows why checking the result matters: the font is made from the ink you supply, including imperfections. This sample shows letters only.

Pricing questions
Is it $9 per font, or $9 forever?
Per font. Making and previewing a font is free; $9 unlocks the files for one generated font. If you make a second one — a signing-hand version or a rewritten sheet, say — that is a separate font with a separate $9 purchase, and only if you choose to download it.
What exactly do I get for $9?
Three files of the same generated font — TTF, OTF and WOFF2. The template covers the 95 printable ASCII characters: letters, digits, punctuation and a space. The space needs no writing. Install the TTF or OTF on your computer; use the WOFF2 on a website, within the personal-use license. The preview sheet is free to view before buying. Keep a local copy of your downloaded files. You can return for fresh download links while your account and that font remain available; links expire after an hour and refresh when you reload the font page.
What if I don't like the result?
You can check the preview sheet before paying. If you buy and the font didn't come out the way you hoped, email support@handscript.appfrom your account's address within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full $9. No need to justify it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refund policy
Can I use the font commercially?
The $9 covers personal projects: documents, cards, invitations, personal websites and the like. For commercial use — a business logo, a shop, products for sale, client work — email us first. You keep the rights to your handwriting either way. License terms
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Through Stripe's hosted checkout, in US dollars. Your card details go to Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We receive the payment status and store purchase details, including the Stripe transaction ID, amount and currency, to unlock the font. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Do I need an account?
Yes — a free one, so your fonts have somewhere to live and you can come back for the files. Sign up with your name, email and password; no verification email, no newsletter. You do not need an account to use files you have already downloaded.
Can I retry if a character came out wrong?
Yes. Rewrite or reshoot the sheet, generate another font and inspect its free preview before deciding whether to buy that version. Making and previewing are free, but upload limits apply to prevent abuse; repeated uploads in a short period may be paused.
What will memorial fonts cost?
